Paul is responsible for all system development including hardware, programming, and database administration. He also provides stellar tech support. He has a deep understanding of Internet and intranet designs, relational databases, and a wide variety of programming languages.
As president of Xcel Technologies, Paul specializes in web-driven database solutions. With Xcel, Paul has been instrumental in managing, developing and hosting numerous high-end Internet applications across a wide range of operating systems.
Paul likes to spend his free time away from the computer, working on “Naro-Escape”, his and Marti’s home centrally located to the middle of nowhere. Paul enjoys finding sanity in reclaiming the 50+ acre property from the wild, restoring the almost 200 year old farmhouse and building a home that will last the next 200 years.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Paula spent the early part of her career marketing accounting software applications for large corporations. She continued her career in the corporate world in commercial marketing at The Boeing Company in Renton, WA. While working for a web development company, she discovered her passion for web development and applications.
She decided to combine her love of animals and helping people grow their businesses with the help of software. Paula and her long time workmate and friend, Paul Naro joined forces to create PetExec.
Now living in sunny Arizona, married and mother of two grown children and two rescues, Paula enjoys being a gym rat and working with animal rescues when she is not busy helping PetExec packmates.
Steven is an undergraduate honors student at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science as well as getting involved in the Association for Computing Machinery and Bio-informatics Club. Through high school he worked as a movie theater concessionaire while developing a passion for computer technology and biology. Steven has managed to build two of his own computers, which he uses for gaming, and in the winter he shreds that gnarly powder with his well-worn skis. He is looking forward to serving PetExec customers while getting a taste of the software industry.
Chase is a computer science student with a knack for solving problems and coming up with solutions. In his spare time, he loves building super fast and powerful gaming computers. Chase is anxious to start learning some new programming skills to enhance his career. And like the rest of the team at PetExec, he loves taking care of animals.
In his spare time, Chase likes to lift weights to keep in shape. Chase spent many years as a defensive ice hockey player. He looks forward to helping people with the PetExec system and assisting them as they learn.
Omar graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in computer science. During his spare time he enjoys developing mobile applications and learning new programming languages.
Omar has an entrepreneurial side and has many great ideas that he predicts will be a big help to the packmates and their furry customers. He is also fluent in English, Spanish and Geek ;^)
When not at school or working on projects for PetExec, Omar enjoys walking and hiking with his dog, Lucy, a nine year old Chihuahua/Maltese mix and his new husky, Ruby.
Austin’s a Senior Computer Science student at Northern Arizona University with a strikingly unusual love for algorithms. Constantly keeping up with trends and new devices, Austin is connoisseur of the latest and greatest technologies.
Growing up with an array of different pets from dwarf hamsters, to dogs, to hermit crabs, Austin is no stranger to animals. Currently Austin has a Goldendoodle named Scarlett that is just over a year old.
In his spare time you will definitely find Austin climbing either indoors or outdoors. His strong appreciation of nature goes a far way, engaging in backpacking, camping, boating, and hiking. Austin is more than excited to helping people in the PetExec community.
P.E. Mechanical Engineer, Ben Mosteller is a resident walking encyclopedia and a great person to talk to if something bizarre is happening with a building. Ben is an experienced project manager handling various engineering and leadership roles in his day job. Ben is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager.
Ben makes sure all the PetExec accounting details are correct to the penny and can crunch numbers with the best of them.
Ben loves hanging out with his family including his two dogs. He also enjoys a fierce game of racquetball.
Margie is an Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of technical support experience for companies like Apple and Oakland University. She has raised two dogs for Leader Dogs for the Blind and is the proud dog mom of two lab mixes, Caboose and Baxter. Margie dabbles in the food industry and owns a food stand business named Wafflin Around, which specializes in European street waffles. She wants to share her love of pets and helping people with the PetExec packmates.
Jamie is an engineer by education and a dog-lover by passion. She received her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in 2005, and most recently worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center designing Protective Systems for the Space Shuttle.
She left her engineering career to spend more time with her two- and four-legged children, and to join the PetExec Technical Support team. When she’s not chatting up PetExec customers, Jamie likes to plan ridiculously detailed parties for her children and turn useless items into fabulous home décor.
She loves to help people, and enjoys tutoring teenagers and young adults in her spare time. Jamie also participates in local charitable organizations with her husband Josh, and fills her vacuum with enough white fur to make a sweater every two weeks.
Otilia has a corporate background in the world of semiconductors. In her many roles within industrial engineering, planning, and automation departments, she garnered skills in project management, primavera scheduling, document control, training, application/software ownership and technical support, and so much more.
She hesitantly left the corporate world to balance out her conflicting work/personal life responsibilities. Otilia is excited to work with PetExec pack and looks forward to helping out PetExec packmates.
In her personal life, she is the mother of 4 boys, 2 dogs, 1 rescued rabbit and multiple fish. She enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for gardening. She loves to help others and likes to share her God given gifts and talents with others in the community.
Dori is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in English. After spending 10 years in the Information Technology side of the banking/credit card business (working as a project manager and business relationship manager) she took time off to manage her growing family. She most recently worked as an administrative assistant in an elementary school, just outside Monument, CO. Dori is excited to help our packmates grow their businesses while helping them learn the PetExec system.
Dori loves living in Colorado with her husband and three children. She enjoys skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, and grilling outdoors, regardless of the season and weather. While not currently a dog owner, she enjoys spoiling her “puppy-niece” Roxy.
Graduating with a B.A. in English Literature from Loyola University in Chicago, Martí writes the PetExec user manuals and other guides to train PetExec customers to set-up their system correctly. No typos or dangling participle will escape her watchful eye.
When not doing a variety of tasks for PetExec, Martí enjoys being outdoors and nurturing her ever increasing pack of rescued dogs and cats. She is also a soccer mom to her pre-teen son, Max, and wife to her adoring husband, Paul.
Josh has a BBA in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University. Josh consults with PetExec customers regarding their payments needs including credit card, gift card and check processing through the PetExec system. He enjoys working and helping packmates streamline their operations to achieve financial success.
In his down time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and white shepherd, Ella. He loves to give back to the community. He in involved in the Kiwanis Club of Avalon Park, the Rotary Club of Orlando, the Rotary Club of Clearwater, and many other charitable community organizations.

Subsequent to studying Biology at the University of Colorado in Denver, Wendy spent more than 10 years in sales and customer service working for multiple computer and technology companies in Oregon and California. She set her focus on her husband and children at home for several years while spending her free time volunteering at school and with the Boy Scouts of America. She is excited to be in the business world again helping the PetExec Community.
Wendy and her family live in Northern Colorado where she and her husband grew up. She enjoys reading, biking, time with her family and playing with Lois.
Anne-Marie is a retired Air Force Civil Engineer having spent time on Active Duty, in the Air National Guard, in the Reserves, and in Civil Service. She grew up in Maryland and received her BS from Cornell University and her MS from the University of Charleston. She’s very excited to bring her experience and love of animals to the PetExec family!
Anne-Marie lives in Black Forest, Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and black lab Rayna. In addition to volunteering with Girl Scouts and the Lewis-Palmer School District, she loves spending time outdoors with her family.
Annette lends a hand at PetExec in the marketing department assisting Paula to produce high-quality print and digital collateral marketing materials. Annette studied art, graphic design and sculpture at UC Santa Cruz. She has an extensive background in corporate marketing for software firms. She lives in the Mid-South with her husband and three dogs, Pumpkin, Laddie and their little rescue, Nala.
