PetExec is packed with fantastic features that will enhance and automate your workflow. While initial set up and training is completed with our PetExec Onboarding program, having your own personal coach at your side will ensure that you do not miss any of the amazing features or modules that will enhance how you utilize the system. Our PetExec coaches offer personalized care that will help you maximize PetExec for your unique business.
Why would I need a coach?
- Perhaps you are new to PetExec and would like to explore additional topics that are not covered in the initial Petexec Onboarding training or would like help customizing the system for your business processes.
- You would like help setting up and customizing your Owner Portal.
- You have added new services and need training on a new module in the PetExec system.
- You have new employees that you do not have time to train on using PetExec.
- Your business has grown and evolved and you would like to make sure you are utilizing the PetExec system optimally.
- Sessions can be specifically designed to cover any aspect of PetExec you desire.
What does coaching entail?
After a brief phone conversation to identify your training needs, our coaches can put together a customized training strategy and recommended best practices for your coaching sessions to meet your training goals.
Web-based sessions are scheduled which allow us to work directly in your system, making suggestions throughout the session. Invite anyone from your team to the sessions, we can teach individuals or a small group. Sessions are usually one hour to one and a half hours long. Your PetExec coach will be right there with you the whole time.
How much does it cost?
PetExec Coaching options: four hours for $300 or one hour for $150
